She has held leadership positions at respected logistics and brokerage organizations, including AEI, Hellmann Perishable Logistics, Transamerican, and Kuehne + Nagel. These roles allowed her to develop deep expertise across perishables logistics, regulatory compliance, border brokerage, and general cargo operations. Today, as Director of Logistics Operations at Customized Brokers, a Crowley company, Sharon oversees operational strategies and customer-focused service initiatives across key trade lanes and cargo segments. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into efficient, scalable solutions. Since 2024, she has served as President of the Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association (FCBF).
